Dr. iur. Edgar Küperkoch studied law at the University of Münster. During his legal clerkship, he initially worked at the Chair of Legal Theory and Civil Law. He completed his doctorate at the Chair of International Business Law. He obtained his first professional experience as a lawyer at the law office Müller-Gick-Krieger u. Partner (lawyers, auditors, tax consultants), Duisburg.
In 1999 he was appointed as a junior notary in Cologne and from 2001 to 2003 was employed at the Deutsches Notarinstitut (German Institute of Notaries) in Würzburg in the department for corporate and tax law as well as inheritance and family law. After taking on the administration of a notarial position in Neuss and working in a notary’s office in Krefeld, he was appointed a notary in Düsseldorf in 2004.
He was a lecturer as part of the postgraduate programmes “Mergers & Acquisitions” and “Private Wealth Management” at the University of Münster.
After studying law at the University of Münster, the notary Dr. iur. Ulrich Temme worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Telecommunications and Information Law.
His doctorate was awarded the Harry Westermann Prize by the University of Münster. He then worked from 1998 to 2000 for an international partnership of lawyers in the area of corporate acquisitions/corporate law. In 2001, he was appointed as a junior notary. From 2002 to 2004, he was employed at the Deutsches Notarinstitut (German Institute of Notaries) in Würzburg in the department for real estate law and in the department for corporate and tax law. Since 2004 he has been a notary in Düsseldorf. He has published various essays and book articles in the area of corporate law and real estate law. For example, he is one of the authors of the Kölner Formularbuch Grundstücksrecht and Kölner Handbuch Gesellschaftsrecht.
